Being a student can be expensive and most USW students work part-time to help support their studies and also to gain experience. Students can be very flexible and are often happy to work unsociable hours on evenings and weekends, but many are also available at least one week day per week.
Typical job roles are in customer facing roles in service industries and retail, plus call centres and hospitality. Increasingly employers are seeing the potential to utilise students high level technical skills on a part-time basis to flex their business.
